RECENT PROJECTS: Grande Villas

In the midst of a down market and an even worse housing market, Grande Villas sales were non existent. Enter Waypoint Real Estate Consulting out of Florida who realized that Grande Villas needed a marketing make over. In order to create and launch an effective marketing strategy it was imperative to have high quality signature images that could communicate the beauty and elegance of the beach front property and Condominium product.

As usual, timing was critical and although a rain system was forecast to hover the coast for weeks in the mid August heat, we had to take our chances and be on site to take advantage of whatever mother nature offered. With a loose shot list, Way Point allowed me the flexibility and control to do what I do best, which is to work non stop to create as many striking images as possible in as short of a time frame as possible. This represents the diversirty of images we produced in the 2.5 days shooting in between rain, including aerials.

The best part of the project ........ RESULTS. Within several months, the marketing efforts, with it's new look, generated sales that outperformed their year end goals. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED !
