I believe that every property has its own distinct character and charm and it is for this reason I feel so strongly that its unique personality be captured and preserved in strong images, prior to any infrastructure construction begins.

Road cutting, tree clearing, and dirt moving are an inevitable part of the building process, which temporarily scars the landscape. It takes time to realize the long term vision of a well-developed community, which is why I see a great value in capturing the true essence of the property, not only for marketing purposes, but also to preserve the true identity of the land as a reminder of what first drew us to it in the first place.
